Good luck and have a great week.

What a great giveaway! I love your new line coming out.

My last project was a little coloring pad/colored pencil pack that I made for my nephew using some fun pirate fabric and skull/crossbones fabric. And my next project... I really need to finish one of the many WIPs that I have started, but more than likely I will start another project. I need to make a baby quilt for a dear friend that's due very soon. I need to get started ASAP!

Thanks again for the giveaway!

The next thing on my to-do pile is MY VERY FIRST QUILT! Woohoo!! Sorry for the shouting, I'm pretty excited... I finished the top yesterday, and finished the back piecing tonight. I'm going to layer and pin it tomorrow and hope to start quilting the day after, it's been very fun, and not as scary as I thought.

Ok, my comment is getting pretty long, I better wrap up. Your blog is lovely, I will be back to read more as soon as I have a mo.
Cheers!

Hi Laurie! The latest thing I've finished (well, almost) is a queen-sized (!) string quilt for my aunt and uncle, made with fabric they've kindly given me over the last 10 years. Mostly old-fasiony florals. *sigh* I kinda hate it. But I'm feeling better about it now that it's almost done...Now I can get to the fun stuff: I'm making a big, crazy quilt for a dear friend who is going off to college next month. I let her wallow in my stash the other day so she could be a part of the fabric-choosing for the quilt, and she went crazy for your Urban Circus. In fact, she squealed. I'm happy about it, too!

Well, I always have several in the works... Yep, I'm one of those.... I just finished a quilt for a new baby boy that will be headed to a shower next week. I should be working on one of the 5 quilts in progress but I'm going to start working on a birthday outfit for my little girl. She will be 3 on Sunday!

I just finished a red and cream baby quilt for a friend and coworker. Her nursery colors were different from most and very fun to work with. It's so fun to be able to make and give a gift like that. Next project -- pillows and bolsters. I'm redoing my guest room and really having fun with a new color palette. Some of your fabrics will fit in quite nicely!

I just finished an applique baby quilt, bibs and burp cloths for my niece's baby shower - she loved them. That made me feel really happy - she is so wonderful. Your fabrics are delightful.

I recently finished 2 baby quilts for a pair of twins that were born 3 months early. They came out so great! There was a zigzag quilt for the boy and a patchwork quilt for the girl. It was also my first attempt at embroidery and I'm pretty proud of how well I did!

I'm currently working on creating a new laundry bag for my son, since I somehow managed to rip apart the plastic Ikea laundry bag that I was using!

The most recent finish was a commission quilt for someone. My next project is a little dress for a little girl.. then maybe another quilt.

Are we counting the Aboriginal fabric blocks on the design wall and the Sue Ross BOM in active progress? Or by next do you mean the ones in the planning process such as the Halloween table topper or the stacks of fabric that I like together that are just waiting for the right pattern/idea to come along?
