I finished a tote bag, as a quick start to finish project, and my next project is to finish some other quilts I already started! Always multi-tasking!

Well, I have mostly finished a signature quilt from my daughter's baptism -- it just needs borders. I'll count that as my recently finished one -- close enough!

Next on my list is kind of boring -- I'm working on a T-shirt quilt - all the t-shirts are from my alma mater Notre Dame. Hope to have it done in time for football season - YAY it's almost here!

My most recent sewing machine project was a doll for a friend.
I have also been working on a hand-sewn felt critter pincushion, a Rosa Parks embroidered piece, and some mixed media art.
Next on the table is a pair of curtains for my new bedroom (well, the bedroom is old, but the bed and bedding are new!), and a few throw pillows to match.

hugs,

Your fabric would have been great for those quilts!

My latest project has been free-motion quilting my Gee's Bend-inspired king-sized quilt. I just got a new sewing machine (Janome 7700) that has been making the quilting go really smoothly. Also, this is my very first free-motion quilting project!

Next on my list is to make a little clutch purse for a dear friend for her birthday that is coming up very soon...

I haven't sewn in a while - it's kind of embarrassing. But I believe the last thing I sewed was a rag quilt for a friend's baby. My next project is curtains (ugh) and baby quilts (yay!). Would love to win some fabric to help me out with those quilts ;)!!!

I recently mailed off a quilt for my best friend's baby girl. It was a simple pattern I came up with myself. I am currently working on a quilt with HSTs for another baby, but this one is gender neutral because they aren't finding out the gender.

Aside from repairs, I think the last thing I sewed was a pillow in 7th grade home ec. I have been doing a lot more knitting, and just completed a pair of socks for a friend. I've been watching a lot of crafty friends making quilts, and now I'm getting the itch, hence the interest in fabrics!

Happy Blogiversary!

The last project I made was a baby quilt for my youngest son, who is turning 1 tomorrow. The quilt is a stacked coin pattern, with yellow coins and light blue sashing. I have two projects in the works now, one is a full size quilt (for me this time!) in turquoise and hot pink. I'm doing a brick pattern and I can't wait to get started piecing it together. The second project is a summer top, now that it's nearly the end of summer and by the time I get it done I won't be able to wear it until next spring :)

My last project was a quilt for my niece with a fairy panel in the centre. My next project is using the Amy Butler "Barcelona" skirt pattern and some nani iro fabric to make skirts for summer here in Australia. Thanks for the giveaway.

Next up, besides my son's quilt, are finishing a red and aqua wonky squares quilt for my friend turning 40 and a quilt-along quilt that I'm making for an early Christmas present. I'm also starting to think about Halloween costumes!

My next project is going to be another quilt... no surprise since I have to get them all done by December. Once I'm done with all my Christmas quilts, I want to make new pillowcases for the bed and some throw pillows too.
